Traditional Mead, fermented with local bush honey and filtered rain water. Semi-Sweet and Smooth.
This is semi-sweet with a good little kick, so not TOO sweet but certainly not dry! It’s flat (not carbonated). Fermented with Ironbark honey and filtered rain water. There are no added fruits or spices, just honey & water fermented together.
The
honey is from the Grey Ironbark, which is super light and florally. It was fermented a little bit longer than most of our other meads which has made it a little less sweet than the others, as well as stronger
